1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChE0mD ("the Platform"), operated by ARPE Engineering ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ChE0mD is a chemical plant digitization platform that converts paper records, inspection data, and engineering drawings into structured digital databases. Services include equipment health assessments, P&ID management, compliance tracking, and CMMS integration.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to ChE0mD, including equipment records, inspection data, drawings, and operational information. We claim no ownership rights over your content. You may export your data at any time.

You may use ChE0mD for lawful purposes related to facility management, asset integrity, and compliance. You may not:

Subscription pricing is listed on our website. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChE0mD is a data management tool. Engineering decisions based on data in the Platform remain the responsibility of qualified engineers. We are not liable for decisions made using Platform output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be error-free or meet all specific requirements. AI-generated assessments should be reviewed by qualified personnel before use in safety-critical decisions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days. After 90 days, data will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
