Who We Are

ChE0mD is operated by ARPE Engineering ("we", "us", "our"). We provide a chemical plant digitization platform for industrial facilities. Contact: adam@arpe-engineering.com

Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email, company name, and phone number when you create an account or submit the contact form.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the platform.
Facility data: Equipment records, inspection data, drawings, and other operational data you upload to the platform.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the ChE0mD platform
To respond to your inquiries and schedule demos
To send service-related communications (not marketing)
To improve platform performance and features

Data Ownership & Security

You own all facility data uploaded to ChE0mD. We never share, sell, or use your operational data for any purpose other than providing the service. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and hosted on US-based infrastructure with daily backups.

We maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and audit logging on all platform actions. SOC2 Type II certification is on our roadmap for Q3 2026.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, you may export all data. Data is permanently deleted 90 days after account closure unless otherwise requested.

Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services: Google Fonts for typography and secure cloud hosting. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or sell data to any third party.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting adam@arpe-engineering.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
